Privacy policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This policy explains how CrownCode (“we”, “us”), based in Surat, Gujarat, India, handles personal data collected through crowncode.in. It is written to meet the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where they apply.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email, and optionally company, country, service interest, budget, timeline and message. We also store campaign tags (UTM parameters), the referring page and a salted hash of your IP address (never the IP itself) to stop spam.
  • Email and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send us.
  • Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you.

We do not use advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies by default.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and run any project you start with us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you asked for before entering a contract. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted 24 months after we last hear from you, unless they become a client relationship, in which case contract and tax rules decide how long we keep them.

Who processes it

  • Cloudflare hosts this site and stores form submissions (Cloudflare D1).
  • Resend sends the confirmation and notification emails.

These providers may process data outside your country under standard contractual safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent. California residents can also ask what we collect and ask us not to sell or share it (we don’t). Email hello@crowncode.in and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local regulator (for example the ICO in the UK).
